Fablefy is an AI-powered mobile application created by Celal Alper Kose and Alperen Savaskan (the Creators) that generates personalized tales for children. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy govern your use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using Fablefy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Fablefy is designed for adults—particularly those with child/children—to generate engaging stories using artificial intelligence. Each user is granted one free trial use. After the free trial, continued access requires a subscription:
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fablefy. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. Users who are minors are not permitted to create an account or purchase subscriptions. If you are using the App on behalf of a child, you represent that you are an adult and assume full responsibility for that child’s use.
To access features, you must register an account using your email, name, and additional custom character information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
You may delete your account at any time via the App, which will initiate deletion of your personal data from our systems, subject to any legal retention requirements.
License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Creators grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fablefy solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your use of these services is subject to the respective third parties’ terms and privacy policies.
All intellectual property rights in and to Fablefy and its content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by the Creators or its licensors.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the App. However, by creating and sharing content through Fablefy, you grant the Creators a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the service.
Disclaimer: Fablefy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Creators does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fablefy, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, the total liability of the Creators shall not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for using the App.
The Creators reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notification of changes will be provided by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms or through a notice within the App. Continued use of Fablefy following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Fablefy shall be resolved by the courts of Türkiye. By using the App, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Türkiye for the resolution of any disputes.
